Cher Lloyd is a songwriter and songwriter best known for her participation in the seventh season of the British musical project "The X Factor". She later presented several compositions that topped the British music charts.

Cher Lloyd was born on July 28, 1993 in the English town of Malvern, Worcestershire. She became the third daughter of the family of Darren and Dina Lloyd. Cher has sisters Sophie and Rosie, as well as a younger brother, Josh Lloyd.
Her parents have not only English, but also gypsy roots. That is why the first year of the girl's life was spent traveling around Wales with the camp. When Cher grew up, her parents assigned her to a high school in Malvern called The Chase School. She then continued her studies at Dyson Perrins High School, where she studied theater arts.

Later, the girl decided that she had insufficient singing and acting skills. She went to Stagecoach Theater Arts, the largest art school in the UK, where she was able to improve her skills.

Cher Lloyd from early childhood showed an interest in singing and enjoyed performing in front of a large audience during her school years. But the girl did not succeed in achieving any serious success. That all changed in 2010 when she entered the UK's "The X Factor" talent competition. According to the results of the show, the singer was not included in the top three winners, becoming only the fourth. But this did not stop her from making a professional breakthrough.
After the end of the musical project, Lloyd began to collaborate with Syco Music. And already in July 2011 she presented her single "Swagger Jagger", which topped the UK charts and entered the second position in the Irish Singles Chart.
In November of the same year, Lloyd released her debut studio album, "Sticks + Stones". The collection reached # 4 on the UK Albums Chart and # 7 in Ireland. The US version of the album debuted at position 9 on the Billboard 200 list of the most watched music compilation in the US.

In December 2011, Lloyd signed to Epic Records. And in 2014, the singer presented her new album "Sorry I'm Late", which was unsuccessful. Cher accused Epic Records of insufficient promotion of the compilation and canceled the contract.

Family and personal life
Cher Lloyd manages to successfully combine creative activity and family life. In January 2012, she became engaged to her boyfriend Craig Monk. The wedding ceremony took place on November 18, 2013.
