Before talking about ensuring the safety of mass events, identify a person who will fully control it and be responsible for the event. In most cases, the organizer becomes responsible, since without adequate security, the rest of the elements of the mass event are devalued.
Step 2
The human resource (bodyguards and security guards) remains always the most reliable tool for ensuring security. The guards are able to track the situation themselves, take measures to eliminate any conflicts and coordinate the actions of those present at the mass event. However, in order to see the situation as a whole, take into account that they are provided with video surveillance equipment, walkie-talkies, so that their work is coordinated, this will greatly increase the speed of response to emergencies.

Depending on the type of mass event (be it closed or open), share the specifics of the security strategy. For private events, include those in which a previously agreed-upon narrow circle of people is gathered in a separate building, where outsiders cannot go. Open events are rallies, street concerts, fairs.

Closed public events are easier to protect from outside threats, as the number of invitees is usually limited. For such events, first of all, choose the right room (capacity, compliance with sanitary, fire-prevention, technical standards). If there is no reserve security personnel at the premises, then contact the services of departmental and non-departmental security.

To ensure the safety of open public events, staff a large staff as the risk of delinquency increases. If necessary, coordinate the actions of the guards with law enforcement agencies.
