If you are pregnant or have chronic health problems, you are better off staying at home. Also, there is no place for children and old people at the rally. Do not take babies and pets with you. Of course, a mother with a baby, calling for increased financial assistance to single mothers, makes her notice, and a dog with an agitation poster around her neck makes people laugh and attracts attention, but it will be much more difficult for you to maneuver in a crowd.

Avoid standing next to waste bins, trash cans, strollers, suitcases thrown by someone. If the extremists have prepared a terrorist attack, then these are the most likely locations for the explosives.

When in a crowd, try to keep a distance of at least a meter between you and the people standing next to you. Stay out of the crowd. If you need to urgently leave the rally, do not run and wave your arms in all directions, trying to get out. Slowly and calmly make your way to the edge of the crowd. If there was no such preliminary agreement, do not rush to get on the metro before others, it is better to wait until part of the crowd disperses, and calmly go to your stop. It is advisable not to go alone, but in the company of several people, since citizens who are radically opposed to the rally may wait for the participants after it ends.
