Step 1
Make every effort to properly master the school course in physics and mathematics and pass the exam in these subjects with the highest possible scores. Take up the study of programming languages and the basics of systems engineering. If, before being drafted into the army, you studied in a radio electronics circle or even graduated from a technical school, then with a high degree of probability you will be assigned to the signal troops. The main thing is that you have at least a B category.
Step 2

If you want to study at one of the military communications schools, get the appropriate referral from the military registration and enlistment office, where you will have to apply with an application.
