Existing fitness categories
In the Regulations of the military medical examination there are two categories of suitability, according to which a person liable for military service can be exempted from military service:
- suitability category B - limitedly fit for military service (that is, a conscript does not go to serve in peacetime);
- suitability category D - not suitable for military service (in any case, the conscript does not go to serve).
Diseases that qualify for deferral from service
Many of the diseases of the schedule of diseases of the provisions are very rare. But if the conscript does not know whether the illness exempts him from military duties, he needs to familiarize himself with the full list from the list.
Well, the most common diseases that give a conscript the right to receive a reprieve for health reasons are as follows:
- poor eyesight;
- enuresis;
- hypertension;
- personality disorders and schizophrenia.
Poor eyesight
To be exempted from military service due to poor eyesight, a conscript must have hyperopia with an indicator of more than 8 diopters or myopia with an indicator of more than 6 diopters. If the vision is better than these indicators, delay cannot be obtained.
Hypertension
To obtain an exemption from military service, hypertension of the first degree is sufficient. This means that with high blood pressure, at rest, the lower from 95 to 99 and the upper from 150 to 159 mm of mercury, the army is no longer taken. In the event that the pressure indicators are even higher, this may indicate a higher degree of hypertension, with which they are also exempted from the army.
Enuresis
The word enuresis means an unpleasant disease - urinary incontinence. Simply put, if a conscript pees at night without controlling this process, then he has enuresis. In circles of shirking conscripts, this diagnosis is in great demand, since there is no exact way to diagnose enuresis and it can be simulated. Personality disorders or schizophrenia
