An association is an association of individuals or organizations to achieve a common goal. The law provides for the creation of two types of associations, or unions, as they are also called: uniting, or commercial, and public, that is, non-profit organizations.
It is necessary
- - the charter of the union;
- - list of members;
- - registration as a legal entity;
- - tax registration;
- - declaration.
Instructions
Step 1
First, the founders must hold a meeting, at which a decision will be made on the creation of the union, its charter is established, a list of members is drawn up, leadership is elected, and a founding agreement is concluded. It will not be superfluous to sign a declaration, which will indicate all the tasks and goals of the association.
Step 2
Keep in mind that in order to register an association, you need to collect some documents and submit them to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. These include: a statement, information about the founders, the charter of the association (required in duplicate), a list of members of the union's management, minutes of the meeting, a certificate of legal address and a receipt for payment of the registration fee.
Step 3
In addition, registration of a legal entity will be required. As soon as a certificate of registration of the created union is received, you will have to perform some more actions: register for tax accounting (obtain a TIN), receive an extract from the state register of legal entities, make a seal, receive documents from the social and health insurance fund, as well as from pension fund. Be sure to open an association checking account and then report it to the federal tax office.
Step 4
Register your own logo (mark). Although this item is not mandatory, it can be useful.
Step 5
Much depends on what kind of union management structure you choose. It can be of three types. The first one is created under the control of volunteers. This model will facilitate the active participation of all members in the activities of the association. However, there are some drawbacks here: such a structure will facilitate frequent policy changes, and the decision-making process will be quite long due to the lack of organizational control.
Step 6
Special staff can also be hired to manage the union. This is the second scheme. Its undoubted advantages can be considered quick decision-making, good coordination of work. The disadvantage is that the members of the association themselves may well lose all interest in its activities. It will then be difficult for them to be actively involved. It will be equally difficult to organize cooperation between hired personnel and employees of the union.
Step 7
And although there is no ideal management model, the most convenient and appropriate is a balanced one. It was she who collected all the advantages of the listed two structures and got rid of the possible disadvantages. In a balanced leadership model, the responsibilities of employees will be clearly delineated, and a single leader will be selected for effective functioning.
