"Seliger" is a forum for active youth, held annually near the lake of the same name. Anyone can take part in the life of the forum, subject to a number of conditions.
Instructions
Step 1
In 2012, Seliger, as always, takes place in the Tver region. The camp is located 20 kilometers from the town of Ostashkov. You can get to it from Moscow by bus # 964, which departs daily from the Tushinskaya metro station at 7:45 and 16:30, the trip duration will be about 7 hours. There is also train # 604, which departs daily from Leningradsky railway station at 16:55 and arrives in Ostashkov at 5:10 am the next day Moscow time.
Step 2
From the bus station in the city of Ostashkov, you can get to the forum location by buses plying specifically for Seliger visitors. It is also possible to reach the place by car. To do this, use the Leningradskoe highway, you will have to drive along the M10 highway through Klin, Tver and Torzhok, then go to the A111 highway and drive through Kuvshinovo and Nilova Pustyn.
Step 3
If you want to take part in the Seliger-2012 forum as a spectator, you just need to register upon arrival. If you want to become a member of the forum, you will need to develop your own project and register it with the official representative of the forum. You will be asked to complete a certain task, following which the fate of your invitation to the forum will be decided. For more successful promotion of your project, try to familiarize the youth representative of your constituent entity of the Russian Federation with it before submitting an application for Seliger.
Step 4
The forum camp is designed for 20,000 people, so you can surely find yourself a place in it. It should be remembered that Seliger is a youth forum, therefore people aged 18 to 30 are allowed to participate in it. The organizers of "Seliger" can provide the necessary inventory, tents and foodstuffs to the guests of the forum as soon as necessary.
