To communicate with the Governor of St. Petersburg, it is possible to send a letter to both postal and e-mail addresses. The difference between the two is that the email volume should be kept to a minimum.

Step 1
According to the information indicated on the official portal of the St. Petersburg administration, you can write a letter and send it with photographs or copies of documents enclosed in the envelope (if necessary) to the address: 191060, St. Petersburg, Smolny.

In addition, it is possible to send an e-mail within the Internet portal of the administration. To do this, on its main page on the right, select the "Internet reception" tab. In the window that opens, find "Send email".

You have to fill out a questionnaire form, in which you must indicate your last name, first name, patronymic, your social status, return postal address with a postal code at the place of residence, e-mail address. The questionnaire must be completed without errors, indicating complete and reliable data.

Then, in the column “Select addressee”, mark “Governor of St. Petersburg”, indicate the subject of the appeal and go to the text of your letter. According to the requirements, it should not exceed 2 thousand characters. The text of the appeal must contain specific complaints or suggestions, otherwise it will not be considered.

Please note that applications written with the use of obscene language or insults will also not be considered. Make sure that the form is filled out correctly - the text should be divided into sentences, it is not permissible to write the entire appeal only in capital letters or to express the text in Russian, but using Latin characters.

You can attach a copy of an additional document directly related to your message to your email. The size of the copy should not exceed 5 MB, so send letters containing a large amount of text and documents to the mailing address specified in step 1.
