Step 1

Compose the text of the letter. It must be written in free form and must contain the addressee - the entire Public Chamber, its individual member or a commission on the issue of interest to you. You must also indicate your last name, first name and patronymic - anonymous appeals will not be considered - your email or home address and phone number so that you can be contacted about your appeal. State the problem clearly, point by point. Attach additional documents to the letter if you deem it necessary.

Step 2

Send your appeal to the Public Chamber electronically. Go to the official website of this structure, from the main page go to the section "Citizens' appeals". There you will see a link to an electronic form for filling out a request. It is filled in four steps. On the first one you indicate your last name, first name, patronymic, email address and telephone number, then your postal address. At the third stage, you must save the text of your appeal in the system, at the fourth stage, you must answer a small sociological survey.

Step 3

You can follow the consideration of your e-mail on the same website in the section "My requests". To do this, you will need to indicate the appeal number and a special code that will be sent to your email address after registration.

Step 4

You can also submit an appeal in writing: either send it by mail to the address Moscow, Miusskaya Square, Building 2, Building 1, or bring it to the Chancellery of the Chamber in person. Citizens are received every working day from ten in the morning to five in the evening, lunch break from 13 to 14. On Friday, the working day is fifteen minutes shorter. If you decide to send an appeal by letter, register the postal item as registered - in this case you will receive an official confirmation of receipt, that is, you will be sure that your letter has reached the addressee.
