Do not load the text with unnecessary words, dry and to the point - the cause of dissatisfaction, the date and time of the incident, the actions taken earlier on your part to settle the situation.

Step 4

Start describing the situation. Here, in detail, in the smallest detail, describe everything that happened. It is worth describing everything that pops up in your memory, so that the investigation does not say that you "attribute" your own conjectures or fairy tales. Mention everything, including the emotions on the face of the person who caused the complaint, the smell and color of the thing that did not suit you, and so on.

Describe what is happening in stages. You should not retell everything that was happening around you in a chaotic manner. Action by action, recite the chain of events that happened. If any passage needs comments, you can give them in brackets after the description of what happened.

Step 6

Be nice and discreet in your letter. It is quite possible that the bosses to whom the letter is addressed are not guilty of anything, and the raised tones will only anger them, and nothing good will come of it.
