After graduating from school, Dick came to the capital of the Soviet Union to receive a specialized education. He brilliantly passed all the tests and entered the famous Moscow Art Theater School. In 1970, Alexander Dick received his diploma and entered the service at the Moscow Art Theater. It is important to note that at that time the theatrical community of the capital was going through a stage of renewal and transformation. Innovative directors Oleg Efremov and Tatiana Doronina formed a new concept of theatrical art. The situation for the young actor was not very pleasant. Efremov did not see in him the potential for playing the main roles. But Doronina invited Dick to the Gorky Moscow Art Theater, where she took the position of chief director.
The theater's repertoire was formed on the basis of the works of the classics of world and Russian literature. This means that in the past, inimitable luminaries of the stage shone in performances. Alexander had to compete in absentia with the actors whose portraits adorned the walls of the theater. The acting career of Alexander Dick was developing successfully. In parallel with his work in the theater, he managed to act in films. The first picture in which both viewers and critics noticed him was called "Dangerous Turn." Then new invitations followed. Dick has conscientiously worked in the films "Father Sergius", "The Ring from Amsterdam", "Death on Rise".
It is important to note that the actor portrayed both villains and good people with equal credibility on the screen. Dick convincingly played his characters in the comedy "One in a Million" and in the detective story "Your fingers smell of incense." He was also invited by the series "Turkish March".
Quirks of personal life
A public person always has a private life in sight. This is the law of society. Alexander Dick entered into a marriage as a young man. The future husband and wife served in the same theater. It was in the working environment that the feelings of a young man and a mature woman arose. Kunna Ignatova was fifteen years older than her husband. This distance did not serve as an obstacle to marriage registration.

In 1988, the wife died. After a while, Alexander married a second time. He always speaks positively of Künn and looks after her grave.
