To reduce unemployment, it is necessary to actively cooperate with future specialists - schoolchildren. Tell them the benefits of unpopular but highly demanded professions - engineers, technicians, even ordinary workers. Nowadays, there is a huge need for qualified personnel in production. But they do not exist, because children, at the suggestion of their parents, go to study to become lawyers, economists, managers of various profiles.
Step 2
In addition to working with students, retraining courses need to be widely advertised. They are open at regional labor exchanges. They teach the simplest professions in demand - worker, inspector, hairdresser, salesman. A former manager or lawyer may try a new business and perhaps discover talents in himself. And, as you know, if a person likes his job, he can make the most dazzling career. And the knowledge gained at the institute will be very useful to him when he reaches a leading position.
Step 3
In addition to labor exchanges, state organizations should be created to help young specialists find work. Some regions already have such youth employment centers. But now they only work with graduates. It is necessary that students, studying in their last years, already have the opportunity to find a part-time job in their specialty. Perhaps the first time it will not be paid. But all the same, real work in a company is an irreplaceable practice, without which a young specialist simply cannot be useful to most organizations. Because what is taught in institutes is quite different from the realities of business.
