His parents - the husband and wife of the Kulikovs - Galina Mikhailovna and Vladimir Nikolaevich, worked at the factories of this city. Roman's mother went from a worker to a foreman, and the writer's father was at first an engineer, but thanks to his work and knowledge, over time, he became the chief mechanic of the plant.
The young man tried to keep up with his parents. After leaving school, he decided to get a higher education and went to enter the State University in his native Penza. From here the young man came out as a certified engineer. But then the young man became more and more interested in jurisprudence. Therefore, he decided to continue his studies in this specialty. Roman Vladimirovich received his second higher education at the same university.
Within these walls, already native Alma Mater Roman Kulikov is also undergoing military training, after which he was awarded the rank of lieutenant.
Now Roman Vladimirovich is not only engaged in creativity, but also works as a system administrator.
Creation
The boy liked to read since childhood. He loved to sit with a book, get acquainted with an exciting plot. When the first computers with wide monitors appeared in the last century, the young man quickly mastered this technique and became interested in computer games.
He especially liked the game Stalker. She became fateful for the future science fiction writer. One of the commercials for this game had a website address. The young man decided to come here. There he learned about the upcoming international literary competition.
The young man was seized with inspiration, and he wrote not one, but two stories. Surprisingly, both of these works entered the top ten.
One story - "Partner" - was very popular with Internet readers, who widely discussed this competition and the works of the authors. And the second story "Two smiles for the controller" then entered the book "Shadows of Chernobyl".
Having received such high marks from the jury, flattering reviews from readers, Roman Vladimirovich decided to continue his literary research.
As a result of many years of work in the winter of 2006, his work "Walk" was published. This book proved to be very popular, which inspired the writer to create other works.
Now he has several dozen books on his account, but the author does not stop there.
He continues to write about the adventures of the hero of some of his works - about Captain Kamenev, at the same time he is working on a new novel, which he will call "Duty".
