Do not hope that the exhibition equipment will already be installed, so think about this issue in advance. These can be rented showcases and shelves, or own screens and stands of invited authors.

Any exhibition of dolls is a chance for authors to become successful, so they will be interested in participating in this event. Develop terms for contributing authors. They can pay a flat fee, pay for a seat, or give you a percentage of sales. Formulate the terms of participation as an agreement to protect yourself and the authors from financial misunderstandings.

Finding authors is perhaps the most important part of an organization. To do this, use the media, the Internet, or regular print ads posted in places where such people often appear (art schools, specialty stores, etc.). It is necessary to start searching for authors in advance so that by the time of their contact with the advertisement they have time to prepare for the exhibition.
Step 7
Keep in touch with contributing authors. Ask them to send the title of the work in advance to compile a catalog with prices, as well as labels. Do not be afraid to indicate the price on the label - visitors will rather be frightened off by the lack of a fixed price for the dolls.
Step 8
Attracting visitors is also a very important part of the event. It is worth placing ads in the media, as well as advertising 2-3 weeks before the opening of the exhibition. The cultural stratum of the capital reads newspapers, so the exhibition of dolls in Moscow should be covered by the media - invite journalists.
Step 9
Collect all sales proceeds yourself. Calculate with the authors at the end of the exhibition - this will avoid fraud on their part (even people of art sometimes turn out to be greedy).
