Among other things, Dmitry Vladimirovich dealt with issues of Russian cinema at Rosimushchestvo - he represented the department on the boards of directors of state film studios (Lenfilm, Roskino), and was involved in promoting Russian films abroad. In 2017, Pristanskov entered the Government Council for the Development of Domestic Cinematography, in April - the Board of Trustees of the Cinema Fund.

In the spring of 2014, he transferred to the state corporation Norilsk Nickel and immediately became the director of federal and regional programs.
