You have probably heard about the theater of one actor, about the museum of one picture. Psychologist Alexander Derzhavin is the author of one book called "How to live, so that you would like to live." Surely he will write other instructive and useful books, and this one also turned out to be interesting, because it was written in an artistic style.
According to the plot of the book, the psychologist and his future client meet by chance in the church, and they are simply locked up. To pass the time, men begin to talk, and then it suddenly turns out that the psychologist's interlocutor is working … as a “target”. He entertains nightclub guests every night while knives are thrown at him. And the psychologist understands that the target needs his help.
An astute reader will immediately understand that we are talking about each of us, because everyone is, to one degree or another, a target: for caustic phrases, for irritation, resentment and anger of loved ones, acquaintances, colleagues and even strangers.
Therefore, the novel will become a fascinating reading for those who are interested in practical psychology. Moreover, the book combines fiction and popular science genres. And he answers many questions that arise in every person during his life.
According to readers, this novel helps to overcome life crises.
However, Alexander Derzhavin is not only a writer, but also a practicing psychologist who has his own interesting views on the problems of modern people.
There is an interesting moment in the biography of the future psychologist that prompted him to choose a profession. When he was about five years old, he asked his grandmother why people die. She replied that due to illness.
Since then, the boy began to reflect on this topic, and when he grew up, he decided to help people get rid of ailments. He was especially worried about the problem of oncology, because this disease was considered incurable.
After school, Alexander entered the medical college. He diligently studied the structure of a person and all the features of organs, however, he realized that the cause of ailments should be sought not in tissues and cells, but in something else. After thinking about the expression "all diseases are from the nerves," he began to look for an answer to his questions in the field of psychology.
He was very interested in understanding how a disease arises in a person, from which it appears. He decided to find the answer at the Faculty of Clinical Psychology. The knowledge gained revealed many secrets, but not all - the rest of the information was given by practice. After receiving his education, Derzhavin worked for some time on the helpline, where people with rather complicated life problems called. They were unhappy, ready to commit suicide, as well as suffering from a variety of addictions.
Therefore, Derzhavin's first practice as a psychotherapist was associated with adolescents suffering from drug, alcohol and smoking addiction. This work was quite successful.
The next stage of work is helping orphans with disabilities. Alexander tried to help them integrate into society so that they could live as full a life as possible in their situation.
Then there was another project, and another - there were more than twenty of them, and then the psychotherapist himself began to need help. What happens often in such specialties: professional burnout.
Derzhavin had the will and knowledge to cope with this problem. However, he thought of many people who are also depleting their resources at work and decided to tackle this problem. This is how the training “Prevention of professional burnout” appeared, which included effective methods of healing from this ailment.
Over the course of time, the training has grown into a whole program called "Professional Adaptation", which was offered to institutes and psychological centers.
Change the angle of view
However, this was only a narrow niche that did not cover the problem of the emergence of diseases, which Derzhavin did not stop thinking about throughout his practice. Experience in working with people helped to understand that illness occurs when a person violates certain norms of behavior. Not etiquette as such, but the norms of internal attitude towards people, towards the world, towards oneself.
By that time, Derzhavin was already an experienced specialist, but he went to study again in order to understand how a person could be cured with a “word”. It became clear that people get sick from wrong reactions to life, which cause resentment, guilt, fear, loneliness, confrontation, betrayal, despair, irritation, laziness, despondency. Metaphorical psychotherapy helped to overcome all these emotions.
However, this did not work one hundred percent. Alexander nevertheless decided to go all the way in his research and realized that there is another important factor - the fate of a person. That is, his work from past lives, the work of his ancestors, kind. And from this, even in our enlightened age, there is no escape.
Rather, it is in our time that it is time to return to the knowledge that our ancestors possessed - the knowledge about fate, about sins and retribution for them. And about the gifts of fate if a person lives righteously. In the East, this is called "karma", and there is a law of the universe - the Law of Karma. This law is little known to people, but its influence on life does not diminish from this. And the personal life of a person directly depends on this and many more universal laws - according to them, his fate is built.
This is what they call Alexander Derzhavin - a "fate scientist", that is, a specialist who understands the vicissitudes of people's lives. He himself says that it doesn't matter what he is called or will be called. The main thing is that his wards have concrete positive results in health and fate.
Today, Alexander Derzhavin is the host of many television programs, a producer and just a popular person. He runs the production center "DerzhavinPro" and performs a lot of different work: from business trainings to large-scale competitions.
