Steve Howe, whose full name sounds like Stephen Michael Robert Howie, was born on July 12, 1977 in San Antonio, Texas. The boy spent his childhood on a 67-foot yacht called Valkyrie, where he was homeschooled while traveling with his parents along the Pacific coast.
