Step 1
Find the "More" or "More" menu in your inbox. In this menu, look for the submenu "Letter Properties" or "Service Headers". Open this submenu. Information like this will appear on your computer monitor:

Step 2
Copy the sequence of numbers separated by periods after the word "from". (In this example, 95.58.95.4) These numbers are the IP (ip) address of the computer from which this letter was sent to you. Using this IP address, it will be possible to determine the specific address of the sender or, at least, its domain address. The fact is that IP addresses are dynamic and static. The only way to determine the exact address is by a static IP. By dynamic, you can independently find out only the sender's region.
Step 3
Go to the free whois page. Enter the numbers of the IP address in the field provided for this and click on the search button. Study the information received carefully. If the letter was not sent to you by a spammer, then you will be able to see the name of the sending organization and, possibly, its exact coordinates. If not, then use the information about the sender's domain, for example:

Step 4
Call the contact numbers listed there and try to find out more detailed information about the sender of the letter from the domain owner.
