You can track the parcel, having learned its current location, using the tracking service (tracking parcels). Each such postal item is assigned its own identification code, or tracking number.

Step 1
Find out the tracking number of your package from the sender. The identification code assigned to parcels sent by express mail can be viewed by the sender in the registered receipt.

If the sender does not respond to your requests or answers you that the parcel does not have such a number, then either it was not sent or was sent using a service that delivers items without using a tracking service.
Step 3
If you purchased an item from an online store (it doesn't matter whether it is foreign or domestic), the seller is obliged to inform you of its tracking number as soon as the parcel is registered with the postal service. Open your e-mail (since this method of delivery of notifications from online stores, including the tracking number, is practiced in Russia and abroad) and see if you received a message from the seller.
Step 4
Check the tracking number provided to you by entering it in the appropriate field of the tracking service, or the portal of the postal service that delivers, and find out where your parcel is at the moment. Don't worry if you can't find the package right away. This may be due not only to the poor performance of postal services, but also to malfunctions in the tracking service system.

If you are waiting for a parcel from abroad, then, depending on which postal service this parcel was sent by, you can see its movement across the territory of our country by going to the website of this service or by contacting the corresponding page of the Internet portal "Russian Post ". Therefore, if you want to be sure that the parcel will not get lost on the road, choose those online stores or auctions that cooperate with services that have a representative office or partners in Russia. Notify your friends and relatives about this, who are going to send you gifts from abroad.
