Plot
Joe Tribbiani, continuing his attempts to become a movie star, moved to Los Angeles, where his sister Gina and nephew Michael live, settled in an apartment rented by Gina, and found new friends. Thanks to his restless nature, Joe constantly finds himself new things to do: he teaches his nephew to care for girls, throws parties, flirts with new girlfriends and gets new roles in films.

History
The TV series was created at the same studio where Friends were filmed. The series consists of 2 seasons (46 episodes) and was filmed for the NBC channel. The show began on September 9, 2004 and ended in March 2006. Due to low ratings, the NDC channel stopped broadcasting. However, this did not stop the series from winning the Viewers' Choice Award for Best Comedy Series, and Matt LeBlanc from being nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Television Comedy or Musical.
The fifth and thirteenth episodes were directed by David Schwimmer, Matt's partner on Friends.
"Joey" is a series about a funny, reckless, stupid actor who is constantly in search of new roles, flirts with girls, interferes with the lives of loved ones and often finds himself in funny situations. There are no sharp plot twists, deep feelings or incredible stunts here. But a good cast, humor and uncomplicated plot make it easy to watch the series and get a positive charge.
