It's no secret that motorists have to pay fines most often, and the most common violation on the road is speeding. Speed limit signs are not always installed in accordance with GOST and the objective traffic situation on a particular site, and slightly exceeding the speed where it does not seem dangerous, the motorist runs the risk of falling into the tenacious paws of the traffic police officer. How to avoid fines, forcedly, but insignificantly, exceeding the speed?

If you are forced to exceed the speed limit - do it by no more than 10 km / h - this is an acceptable threshold for any speeding. Many drivers, seeing a speed limit sign of 60, automatically slow down to 50, while they can safely move at a speed of 69 km / h.

While driving on the highway, try not to exceed the speed on the sections that are not familiar to you, especially if there are no cars ahead of you - an "ambush" of traffic police officers can wait for you anywhere.

Sometimes you can try to drive behind the car in front at a higher speed - the probability that it will be stopped, and not you, for exceeding, is 50/50. If traffic police officers record the speed using a video recorder, then it will hardly be possible to get out, and if the speed is measured with a manual radar, then this will not be a problem.

On the highway in the dark it is "possible" to exceed the speed in unlit areas, knowing that the patrol cannot stop you in complete darkness. Slow down on sections of the track that are illuminated by lanterns.

If caution did not help, and you were stopped, do not panic right away - ask to show the readings of the device. If this is an ordinary manual radar, then it is impossible to prove that the testimony presented applies to your car, and therefore the actions of the inspector can be disputed. Who knows if this speed was not recorded on another car?

As an unconditional evidence of your guilt, you can only consider the readings of photo and video recording devices of speeding, where the car number will be clearly visible. Often, in the dark, inspectors present the readings of the dash cam, which indicates excess speed, but it is impossible to identify the car. In such cases, you can stand firm in your innocence.
