This is a very convenient form of transport, it has shown itself perfectly in big cities - you don't have to stand in traffic jams, a scooter will always find a loophole, and in small ones - where you can easily ride a scooter to the river and to the dacha. However, as it turned out, driving a scooter obliges you to get a license for it. If you are a resident of Moscow, you can get your license as follows.

You must be over 16 years old, you must have a registration in Moscow, a medical certificate, a small package of documents, and you must pass an exam
Instructions
Step 1
Contact the MREO traffic police (registration and examination department). Bring with your passport or a replacement document, a medical certificate, one 3x4 photo and a receipt for payment for the exam.
Step 2
After you pass all these documents, you will receive admission to take the exam. This exam is no different from passing traffic rules for any category. There will be fewer questions - questions that are not directly related to scooters will be removed from the general list.
Step 3
After passing the exam, you will be given a license - a nice pink paper with your photo, the signature of the inspector and the seal.
