The family of the future famous oilman was ordinary. Evgeny's father Vasily Andreevich Stolyarov took part in hostilities on the fronts of the Russian-Japanese war, which lasted from 1904 to 1905. His profession was a military paramedic. It is known that Vasily Andreevich served in this position on the Varyag battle cruiser. During one of the naval battles, the ship's paramedic was seriously wounded and was written off ashore. As a reward for conscientious service, Vasily Stolyarov received the honorary St. George Cross. The civil life of his father developed in such a way that he continued his medical activities, created a family with the beautiful Maria Dmitrievna, who was engaged in the household and raising his son.
The family of Evgeny Stolyarov settled in the town of Tuymazy, where he spent his childhood and studies in a secondary school. Thanks to perseverance and diligence, the boy graduated from secondary education with honors.
War years
During the years when the Great Patriotic War was taking place, the young man was mobilized into the Red Army and took part in the liberation of his homeland from the fascist invaders. In 1940 he went to study artillery at the Rostov Military School. And in 1941, in the fall, he fought in the ranks of the defense of Rostov.
Evgeny Vasilievich Stolyarov served in the war with the rank of foreman. He became a gun commander and went through the entire war as part of an artillery brigade. The North Caucasus, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania, Hungary were liberated by such heroic and common people as Yevgeny Stolyarov. The bravery and personal courage of the foreman was awarded with military awards. This is the Order of the Red Star and the Order of Glory of the third degree. Over the years of battles, the fighter received combat wounds and concussion.
In 1949, Yevgeny Stolyarov began working at the editorial office of a local newspaper, writing essays, and editing journalistic materials.
Study and career
The former foreman entered one of the faculties of the Ufa Oil Institute and in 1952 successfully completed the course with a specialist diploma. He was to develop oil and gas fields. He works first as a senior engineer, then his career went uphill and in 1956 Stolyarov entered the management of a trust that was engaged in the organization of drilling rigs. A competent and talented mining engineer devoted his entire life to his work. He participated in the exploration and development of oil fields in Bashkiria. Under his leadership, the Bashneft company was created, which has always exceeded its planned targets.
The outstanding oil worker was repeatedly awarded government awards and in 1981 became a Hero of Socialist Labor. The active life position of Evgeny Stolyarov helped him to solve not only production problems, but also to participate in the life of ordinary people. He was a Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation.
A talented production worker and manager, he ended his life in 1985. The death occurred suddenly on March 22, when Yevgeny Stolyarov was at the Moscow Domodedovo airport, waiting for a flight to his hometown.
