Step 1
The very first person you need to report a teacher's misconduct is the principal. For a start, you can try to solve the problem of concern to you orally, in person. If this brings the desired effect, it is worth writing him a written complaint, to which he will be obliged to give an official response.
Step 2
To make a complaint, write on an A4 sheet of information about who you are sending your message to and indicate your name, surname and patronymic. Then describe the problem situation clearly and clearly. At the same time, try to avoid unnecessary expression, obscene and colloquial phrases - then the complaint will have a stronger effect.
Step 3
If possible, attach proof of teacher misconduct with your child with your complaint. Describe what his behavior led to - the student's fear, unwillingness to go to lessons, etc. Please note that the complaint will have a greater effect if you make it collectively, with other parents who are unhappy with the teacher's behavior. Sign and copy the complaint.
Step 4
Take two copies of the written letter to the secretary of the director and wait for the registration number and date to be stamped on your copy. You must be given an answer within 30 days.
Step 5
If a complaint sent to the director did not bring the desired effect, draw up an appeal in the same way to the Education Department of the district that controls the activities of the schools. The next instance is the Ministry of Education and Science of your region or region. In the latter case, your appeal will still be unsubscribed to the District Education Department, and there they will resolve the issue with the school director.
