This handsome man could become anyone, however, being born into a family of actors, he was doomed to an acting fate. Nonna Mordyukova and Vyacheslav Tikhonov rejoiced at the birth of their son, but constant filming did not allow him to seriously take up his upbringing.

Biography

Vladimir was born in Moscow in 1950 in a creative family. When his parents were on the set, he stayed with his grandmother. When the boy was thirteen years old, his parents decided to divorce, and this was a big blow for him. Now his family consisted of himself and his mother.

Vyacheslav Tikhonov quickly married again, Nonna Viktorovna was actively looking for a mate, and Volodya felt lonely. Probably, then that psychological breakdown happened that ruined his life.

Already in the fifth grade, he learned what alcohol is, and at an older age he tried drugs. He got so used to them that after leaving school he was forced to undergo treatment.

When Nonna Viktorovna realized that something was wrong with her son, it was too late to raise him.

Nevertheless, after graduating from school, Vladimir was going to enter the law faculty. However, his mother insisted that he receive an acting education, and in 1967 Tikhonov became a student at the school. Shchukin. Future celebrities studied with him: Konstantin Raikin, Natalya Gundareva, Natalya Varley.

After college, Vladimir served in the Theater of the Soviet Army, so he was not taken to the real army. After working here for two years, the actor went to work at the Theater-Studio of the film actor and began acting in films.

Film career

Vladimir's debut film was the film "The Way to Saturn" (1967). Then he was still a student, the role was small, so it was difficult to notice him.

But in the film "Russian Field" (1971), where he played with his mother, Tikhonov showed all his acting potential. They recognized him, they immediately fell in love with him, he became famous. And he was proud that thanks to his contribution, the picture became very popular.

The audience especially remembered the scene where the heroine Mordyukova mourns her dead son. Viewers noted that they had not seen a more poignant scene in any film. In terms of popularity, this tape was in third place in the Soviet box office in the year of its release.

Once Vladimir had a chance to film with his father: in 1979, when a biographical picture about Vyacheslav Tikhonov was filmed at Mosfilm, he took part in the filming. The director asked to show how two representatives of the Tikhonov dynasty meet in the same pavilion.

Vladimir Vyacheslavovich was especially popular in the seventies - then he had entirely the main roles. These are the films Young (1971), Colonel Zorin's Version (1978), Yas and Yanin (1974), Two Days of Anxiety (1973). The actor was at the peak of fame and could enjoy this position, but he was wounded by the fact that he was constantly compared to his father, then to his mother. Indeed, it is very difficult for the children of talented artists to prove that they themselves can be worth something even without a parental halo.

The eighties did not bring such a large number of works. In 1982, he starred in three films at once: he played a cameo role in the film "Return of the Resident", a supporting role in the film "Monogamous" and played the role of police major Said Kasymov in the film "Capture".

The next role was waiting for him only four years later, and in 1989 Tikhonov starred in his last film, Stalingrad.

In 1983, Vladimir was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR.

Personal life

At the theater school, Vladimir studied with Natalya Varley, he was head over heels in love with her. The beautiful girl answered him in return, and immediately after graduation they got married. Natalia did not know that her chosen one was dabbling in drugs, and when she found out, she decided to save her husband from this addiction.

She lasted for one year, and then she left Vladimir together with her newborn son. She registered her son in her last name and did not want to have anything to do with Tikhonov anymore.

For three years Vladimir was alone, and then he married Natalia Egorova, an artist of the Moscow Ballet on Ice. They met on tour and very soon officially registered their marriage. Vladimir was then twenty-five years old, and his wife was eighteen. True, their family was, say, conditional: Natalya often went on tour, and Vladimir often went into a binge, and then it was impossible to communicate with him either. In this marriage, Tikhonov had a son, he was also named Vladimir.

The eldest son of the actor Vasily graduated from the Institute of Contemporary Arts, became an art critic. The younger Vladimir was looking for his calling for a long time: he wanted to become a cook, then he studied opera singing. In the end he graduated from GITIS and entered the service in the "Capital Theater of Romance".

Until the end of their lives, Vladimir and Natalia were official husband and wife. The last years of his life were painful for the actor: he suffered a stroke, and then a second.

And when he and Natalya had a strong argument, and she went on tour to Leningrad, Vladimir Vyacheslavovich died. It was in 1990 - doctors diagnosed heart failure from a drug overdose.

Both wives buried him, although they did not have friendly relations.

He was buried at the Kuntsevo cemetery, and eighteen years later, Nonna Mordyukova was buried next to him.
