“The blood of Gauls and Armenians flows in your veins,” her mother, Flora Zhozefovna, told young Tatyana Augshkap, who in her youth chose the acting path for herself, but left the stage for the sake of her family. Father, Agriy Robertovich, himself an honored actor and the son of a Latvian shooter, insisted on this.
Tanya was born in wonderful Riga in snowy December 1061. From early childhood, her life was spent surrounded by theatrical scenery, learning roles and discussing new theatrical performances. The father took his daughters, Tanya and Irochka, to all the rehearsals and always took them to the performances.
The family soon moved to the Russian capital when Agriy Augshkap received a job offer at the Pushkin Theater. Of course, the girl had no doubts about the future - and after finishing school, Tatyana applied to GITIS.
Having received a diploma in 1984, Augshkap Tatiana was assigned to the Gogol Theater, but could not get along with the already established troupe there, and a year later transferred to the Mayakovsky Theater, which literally became her home for life.

Augshkap Tatiana Agrievna is practically unknown to lovers of cinema. Her roles were almost always episodic, she did not appear in the much-hyped blockbusters, but among theatergoers, this woman is a real celebrity.
The debut on the screen took place in 1985. Tatiana played a cameo role in the drama "Despite his advanced age". Quite famous roles include Claudette from 1997's Queen Margot, Valeria from the 2006 comedy series Golden Mother-in-law and Tamara from the 2008 TV series Ranetki.
