Ratmir Yulievich Shishkov was born in Moscow on April 24, 1988. His relatives are representatives of the famous gypsy dynasty Pearl. Ratmir's mother is the famous singer and musician Lyalya Shishkova, and therefore from childhood, the boy's path was associated with concert activities. The young man dropped out of school in the sixth grade, because, according to him, something completely different was needed for life. That's not mine. All I can do is sing and rap,”the young man emphasized in an interview with the media.

As a dreamer, Ratmir dreamed of working at the Romen Theater, where many of his friends and relatives found their calling. But in 2004, one of the comrades decided to joke and offered the young talent to try himself at the "Star Factory". Ratmir listened - and "hit", because the whole team was fascinated by his talent.

He came to the popular project of Channel One as a sixteen-year-old boy, but even then it became obvious how purposeful and multifaceted this guy is. His element, unlike many colleagues in the shop, turned out to be rap, although in the pop genre the young man showed himself freely. The songs - Igor Nikolaev's hit "Dolphin and the Mermaid" performed by Ratmir in a duet with Kristina Orbakaite, Alla Pugacheva's hit "I'm not jealous of you" sung together with the Slivki group, "Ay" with "Brilliant" … Ratmir was remembered by the audience at first sight - and forever. Nevertheless, the young man did not last long on the show, but became a member of the Banda group, formed together with Nastya Kochetkova, Dominik Joker and Timati.

The death of the Russian R'n'B star Ratmir Shishkov in a car accident at the very takeoff of his career came as a shock to all his friends and fans. On the night of March 22, 2007, the Mercedes, in which the musician and his friends were, collided with a Volkswagen Touareg at the intersection of Sadovo-Spasskaya Street and Orlikov Lane in Moscow. The blow caused an explosion of the gas tank, five passengers of the "Mercedes" died on the spot. Two hours after the death of Ratmir Shishkov, his daughter Stephanie was born.

The memory of Ratmir Shishkov is immortalized on social networks, fans have created many groups and communities associated with the name of the musician. But the only official Russian R'n'B-collective - "Banda" - after the death of Shishkov ceased to exist.
