The biography of Andrei Igorevich began on September 27, 1965. He was born to a working-class family in Ventspils. My father preferred to work on ships as a welder, so he often went to sea. Mom worked on a forklift as a driver.
A winding road to the world of art

In 1981 he briefly returned to Lithuania to pass exams and left for Brest. In Belarus, Andrei was educated at the Pedagogical Institute. The student left his studies after the army.

Two years later, Kazakov went to the capital's acting department of GITIS. He decided on his future profession. Here he found himself in the group of Pyotr Fomenko.
