Biography
One of the most famous literary critics of our century, Chudakova Marietta Omarovna was born on January 2, 1937 in the large family of engineer Omar Kurbanovich Khan-Magomedov and his wife Klavdia Vasilievna Makhova. Little Marie had two brothers and two sisters: Dzhan-Bulat, Selim, Bela and Inna. With their whole friendly family, they lived in Moscow after the war, where the formation of Chudakova in the field of literature began. She spent her childhood, like all girls of that time: studies, friends, books and movies. Parents made sure that the children found themselves in life, therefore they encouraged their desire for knowledge. In 1959, Marietta graduated from high school with a gold medal and entered the philological faculty of Moscow State University. Lomonosov, where it was not so easy to get, because of the large number of graduates applying for one place. At the University of Chudakova, she grows stronger as a person, her talent and originality as a specialist in the field of literature are manifested. Here she meets her only husband, A. P. Chudakov. Over the years of her working career, Marietta Chudakova has done a large amount of work, which will serve as material for the study of future literary scholars. Now the writer has devoted herself to her family and, above all, to her grandchildren.
Career
After university, she enters graduate school and defends her thesis. The main hobby of Marietta was the study of the works of Mikhail Bulgakov and today she is one of the main experts in his work. Carrying out scientific activities, Marietta Chudakova published a large number of her own works, and also has always been an indifferent citizen of her country, taking part in public work: the writer was a member of the pardon commission in the Presidential Council. Marietta pioneered the creation of an organization that helps veterans; entered the party of the Union of Right Forces. The writer is engaged in educational activities, lectures in educational institutions and delivers books to the most remote libraries from big cities.
Personal life
Marietta Omarovna owes her new surname to her husband Alexander Pavlovich Chudakov. They studied together on the same course in philology, and after graduation, Alexander began to teach at the Literary Institute, and he also worked at the Institute of World Literature. Over time, they had a daughter, who also studied in the footsteps of her parents at the same faculty. In 2005, an unexpected tragedy came to their family: the father of the family, returning to his family, was beaten by unknown persons in the entrance of his own house and died in the hospital during an operation.
