In the latter case, there is an urgent need to contact one or another TV channel.

Step 1
Quite often people think that television, especially central TV channels, is something inaccessible to ordinary residents and existing in a completely different reality, which is impossible to reach. In reality, this is not at all the case. If necessary, anyone can contact the desired TV channel and get an answer to their questions. It is only important to know what to do in this situation.

If you need to contact a particular TV channel, first of all find out which TV company it belongs to. Do not forget that television is primarily a mass media, that is, an organization that has its own real postal address, email address and telephone number. You can find out which TV company a particular channel belongs to either directly while watching it, or on the Internet.
Step 3
Having received information about the TV company, proceed to the search for the required telephones and e-mail addresses. Even if the TV company is located in your city and you know the exact address, you should not go there in person right away. In most cases, the security guards will simply not let you inside the building, and you will not be able to communicate with the necessary specialists. It is much more convenient to call or write an e-mail beforehand.

If it comes to a local TV channel located in your city, the easiest way to get the necessary phones is by calling the city telephone information. Just call and ask for the telephone number of the respective broadcaster. In most cases, you will only be given the phone number of the secretary in the manager's reception, and not the phones of the editorial office. It's not scary.

Call the number provided, explain your problem and ask to put you in touch with the appropriate department. If you have a story or want to discuss a show that has already been shown, you need an editorial office or an audience department. If you need to place an advertisement or some kind of paid ad on the air, ask to immediately switch you to the advertising department or connect with a manager.

If you want to contact one of the central federal channels or cannot get the required phone numbers, write a letter to the editorial office. You can take the e-mail address on the TV channel's website, which is not at all difficult to find using search engines. In the letter, in the first lines, briefly explain: who you are, from what city, what kind of problem you want to discuss. Try to express your thoughts concisely and to the point, without being distracted by secondary details. Make sure your first letter is short enough to ensure that it gets read in its entirety. At the end, indicate your full name and real contacts for communication (postal and e-mail addresses, phone numbers).
