There will be no more "patches" on the roads, the workers will carry out high-quality complex repairs. Alteration of 23-24 million square meters of roads will be carried out annually. It is necessary to allocate about 20-22 billion rubles for this. New asphalt-bitumen mixtures and modern asphalt paving techniques are now being used. This will provide a three-year warranty for the work performed.

The street and road network of Moscow wears out faster, because the load on it is about 2, 4 times higher than the standard. In this city, there can be 80-100 temperature transitions through 0 degrees in either direction per year. The asphalt must withstand extensive freezing and thawing. The coating in Moscow wears out and breaks down faster than in the capital cities of Europe.

The high traffic flow also contributes to the destruction of the asphalt. Every day, about 20 thousand cars pass along the roads of Moscow - this is twice the maximum regulatory load adopted throughout the world. Moreover, most drivers use studded tires, which quickly renders the road surface unusable. Optimally, road repairs need to be carried out every three to five years.
