Kristina Kots-Gottlieb's striking appearance allowed her to become a popular pop singer and model. But the girl from an early age was distinguished by other talents: she was enthusiastically engaged in gymnastics and danced beautifully. From the biography of Christina Kots-Gottlieb
The future Ukrainian singer and model was born on May 2, 1983 in Donetsk. Christina became the first child in the family. She has a sister, Nadia. Christina's father by nationality is a Volga German. He worked in the coal industry for a long time. Christina's mother devoted a lot of time to developing her daughter's creative abilities. Thanks to her, the girl mastered dancing and rhythmic gymnastics, where she earned the title of master of sports.
At the age of fifteen, Christina won a bright victory in a talent and beauty competition held at the city level.
Having received a school certificate, the Ukrainian beauty entered the local university, where she mastered knowledge in the field of economics. Christina successfully combined mastering the basics of economic knowledge with participation in numerous beauty contests. Here are just a few of her titles: Miss Donetsk, Miss Donbass, and Vice-Miss of the Decade.
A career in the difficult modeling business developed just as rapidly. The girl took an active part in fashion festivals, worked as a model for prestigious boutiques. She could be seen in a program called What's New on Channel 12.
Christina graduated from the university with honors. To the diploma of a qualified specialist in international economics, she added the significant title of master of sports in her favorite rhythmic gymnastics.
The years of study at the university were left behind, classes in choreography, vocals and mastery of acting began.
Continuing a career
In 2005, Christina successfully passed a difficult casting in the VIA Gra group and confidently took the place of Nadia Granovskaya, who had left the team. With Kots-Gottlieb signed a contract for a period of five years. In the changed line-up, the group came out to the public at the beginning of 2006. So a new stage in Christina's career began.
A few weeks later, the debut album for the young singer was shot for the song "Lie, but stay." Kristina managed to perform at the Oasis club (Kiev), starred for a men's magazine. But in April of the same year, Christina and her new team parted ways: she left the project.
Three years later, the girl was already in the final of the Miss Ukraine Universe 2009 contest, popular in the country. The fate of the finalists was decided by a strict and competent jury. As a result, Christina bypassed her competitors and tried on the coveted crown. Complementing it was a car and a solid annual stipend. Kots-Gottlieb also received the right to represent Ukraine at the Miss Universe 2009 contest. However, at this level, the girl was no longer lucky.
In the spring of 2017, Christina joined the Queens group. Kots-Gottlieb also has solo compositions. And recently, Christina has seriously thought about a career as a fashion designer.
