If you decide to take the risk of entering a theater university, then you can already be respected for your courage and insolence! Forward!
Let me tell you right away that entering a theater university is not just difficult, but daunting, especially when it comes to a state institution. But you should always try!
If you are determined to enter the acting department, then go to auditions at once in all the universities known and accessible to you. You do not need to be selective in this matter - try to show yourself wherever possible.
If you have previously been involved in acting, went to an amateur club, etc., then forget about it as a nightmare, and never mention it. Masters recruiting courses in creative universities do not want to correct someone's mistakes, which they necessarily have (let's face it), they are looking for a blank sheet on which they can draw what they want. For them, the ideal is a "blank sheet" with an interesting texture and the brightest personality.
Be as open as possible while listening, be casual - let them see your personality. It may happen that they like your texture and personality, but they will not be able to take you on the course, because you simply do not fit into the performance they are planning to stage on this course - this happens very often - do not be discouraged.
If they listen to you for a long time, communicate, scold you - this means that they like you and they see something in you. It happens that they do not listen at all (they will listen to one line, and you are on the second round) - this suggests that your texture suits them - this, of course, is good, but far from everything - there is a competition ahead! It is much more realistic to enter a commercial university, just look for accreditation there and study the biography of the master who is recruiting the course. It is more important not where you study, but who your teacher was!
