Childhood of Sergei Tsoi
Sergei Petrovich Tsoi was born on April 23, 1957 in the city of Karabulak of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. When the boy was two years old, his parents moved to the city of Grozny, where Sergei lived until he came of age. His mother Rosa Tsoi and father Peter Tsoi raised melons, in this type of farming, and their son helped them.
Youth of the future politician
After school, Sergei goes to serve in the Soviet Army for a couple of years. At the end of the service, he decided who to be in this life and found his own path. Immediately after demobilization, I went to study as a journalist in the city of Rostov. Then the young man got a job in a large-circulation newspaper of the ZIL plant in Moscow. Tsoi continued his journalistic career in the editorial offices of major newspapers: Trud, Sovetskaya Rossiya. A year later, his reprimand was removed and Sergei continued to grow in service. When General Director Valery Saykin became chairman of the executive committee of the Moscow City Council, Sergei was invited to work at the executive committee, to which he immediately agreed.
Under the executive committee, Sergei Petrovich Tsoi fulfilled the professional duties of a press secretary, one of the positions that at that time had just begun to appear. He communicated with journalists, tracked publications and covered the activities of this authority. On duty, Sergei had to deal with politicians of various categories.
