The full name of the actor is James (abbreviated as Jim) Joseph Parsons. He was born in 1973 in Houston, one of the largest cities in the American state of Texas. There he spent his entire childhood, was educated at a local school, and later in his father, Jack Parsons, was a businessman. Unfortunately, his life was cut short in 2001 when he had a terrible accident. The mother of the future actor, Judy McKnight, worked as a teacher. James has a younger sister, Julie, who is an educator at a local school.
