There is a unified reception office of the Moscow government. By phone (495) 633-51-90 you can get help information on the procedure for making an appointment with the mayor. The working hours of the reception are from 10.00 to 19.00 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 13.00 to 19.00 on Thursday and from 10.00 to 16.00 on Friday. Lunch break at the government reception - daily from 12.00 to 13.00 hours.

There is an electronic reception on the portal of the capital's government, which provides additional opportunities for individuals and legal entities to contact the Moscow government. On the website, fill out the form (no response is given to messages with incomplete or inaccurate information about the sender); you can attach a file no more than 5 MB in size. With the consent of the applicant, a response from the mayor of Moscow to the appeal will come in writing (in an envelope to the address), by e-mail or orally by phone.
