Step 1
Find out if there is a need in your case to make an appointment with the embassy. For example, people traveling to Iran for the purpose of visiting attractions can obtain a visa right at the airport of arrival, having previously sent an application to the country's consulate in Russia. It is not necessary to come there in person.
Step 2
In case you receive a student or work visa, make an appointment at the consular section of the embassy in Moscow. To do this, call 917-00-39. Your call will be answered before lunchtime, from nine to two in the afternoon. This way you can choose a time that is convenient for you when submitting documents and not stand in line.
Step 3
For any comments for writing an article or creating a TV report, contact the Embassy's Press Relations Department. To do this, call 917-72-82. When the operator answers you, enter the extension number 177 or 126. This way you can contact the employee who will be able to schedule a meeting with you and give the necessary comments.
Step 4
If you have any questions related to studying at Iranian universities, make an appointment with a specialist in the educational department. This can also be done by calling the number indicated above, but with the additional code 205. An appointment request can also be made by e-mail - [email protected]. But in this case, keep in mind that you will only be booked for an appointment if you receive a confirmation letter to your email address.
Step 5
If you are not issued visas despite repeated requests or other serious issues, please contact the reception to schedule an appointment with the ambassador. Her internal contact code is 108. If your question is deemed serious enough, you will receive an audience. But keep in mind that you may have to wait a long time for her, as the ambassador has many urgent responsibilities.
