Igor Sarukhanov is a talented musician, composer and poet. He owns his own music studio, which is located in his country cottage. Currently, the musician does not perform on stage, but actively writes poetry to songs of famous performers.
Young years
Igor Sarukhanov was born in Uzbekistan in 1956, after 4 years the family moved to the capital of Russia. His parents were engaged in teaching activities. They thought that the son would follow in their footsteps, but the boy from childhood began to show an interest in music. During his school years, Igor decided to go to a music school for a guitar class, and in parallel with his main studies, he received an elementary musical education.
Having become a young man, he was drafted into the army. But with the help of his parents he was able to "get away" from the usual military service, getting a job in the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Moscow Military District. Here he met the producer Stas Namin.
Career
At 23, Sarukhanov was invited to the Blue Bird ensemble, after which the producer of the Tsvety rock group invited him to his group. A few years later, Igor discovered his poetic talent. Alla Pugacheva, Philip Kirkorov and the Combination group used his services in the 80s.
In 1985, the young man made his debut as a soloist, performing a song of his own composition "Moscow Space" at the Festival of Youth in the USSR. Thanks to this performance, he was awarded the first prize. A year later, Sarukhanov released his first album and went on a tour.
It was Igor Armenovich who became the pioneer in the domestic clip making. Mikhail Khleborodov invited Sarukhanov to shoot a video for his song "Barber".
The heyday of his solo career fell on the most difficult years for the USSR. In the 90s, he presented to the public several albums that touched the hearts of his Russian listeners. In 1998 he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia. During his creative career, Sarukhanov released about ten CDs and the same number of song collections.
In the 2000s, Igor Armenovich decided to start designing clothes. The man turned to this type of activity in difficult years for the country, when it was necessary to design costumes on his own. He found experienced cutters who could transform fabrics into stylish designs with a wave of the hand. Currently, under his name, a line of clothing is produced, closely related to the plots of his songs.
Personal life
Igor Sarukhanov is a very loving man, so it is not surprising that he was married 6 times. Having come such a long way, he finally met a woman with whom he found true happiness. The musician's chosen one was its director Tatyana Kostycheva. The young people live in their country house, they are raising two beautiful daughters.
Now Igor Armenovich is almost impossible to see on stage, but the audience constantly hears his songs from the lips of famous musicians.
