Creating your own animated film today is not a problem if you have a computer, Internet or suitable software. Many actions that were previously performed by specially trained people will be done for you by the program, you just have to come up with a plot and bring it to life.

Instructions
Step 1
Install Adobe Flash or any other animation software on your computer. The actions in this program are described below, since it is the most widespread and popular.
Step 2
Before you start drawing a cartoon character, select a tool. If you are familiar with tools such as pen, line, circle, fill, polygons, then you can probably draw a high-quality drawing, if not, use the simplest first: a pencil and a brush.
Step 3
Using a pencil, draw individual lines, while choosing the thickness in the properties. Use a brush for wide lines with the fill color. Draw the first frame of the cartoon, such as a face.
Step 4
Start creating the second frame. To do this, you can create a clean frame by pressing the F7 key and draw the picture again. Alternatively, make a copy of the previous frame by pressing F6 and make changes to it. You can see all frames on the timeline at the top of the screen.
Step 5
To see the contents of the previous frame while drawing, turn on the onions function, this button is located under the timeline (two squares are drawn on it). Adjusting the frames of the slider on the timeline, adjust the number of translucent frames.
Step 6
Draw some frames of the cartoon. If you need to place background image, other characters, sound, foreground, use layers. You can create a new layer using the button in the upper left corner, the layers themselves are displayed in the same place.
Step 7
To watch your cartoon, press the Enter key, and your cartoon will come to life in the work area, and the slider will move along the timeline. You can stop playback by pressing the Enter key again.
Step 8
Save the cartoon by clicking the menu "File" - "Export" - "Export movie". Come up with a name, choose a format and save your cartoon to your computer disk.
