In order to issue targeted assistance, you will need a considerable amount of documents. Targeted assistance can be provided in the form of cash benefits, social benefits and benefits for social adaptation.
Instructions
Step 1
Find out from the local administration the size of the subsistence minimum at the moment for various social and age categories of citizens (workers, pensioners, children). Compare these figures with the total income of all family members registered with you on the same living space. Usually, the amount of targeted assistance is defined as the difference between the subsistence minimum for each individual region and the average per capita income of the whole family (or a single citizen).
Step 2
Find out if you belong to the category of citizens who can receive targeted assistance in the form of social cash benefits. Usually this:
- lonely unemployed pensioners at least 65 years old;
- non-working able-bodied citizens caring for a disabled child, a disabled person of the 3rd group or an elderly citizen at least 80 years old;
- persons who find themselves in an extreme situation resulting from a natural disaster, fire, accident, etc.
In some regions, this type of targeted assistance is provided both to large and single-parent families, subject to the provision of all documents.
Step 3
A standard package of documents may include:
- application for the provision of targeted assistance;
- copy and original of the passport (passports of all family members);
- certificate of family composition;
- certificates of marriage, birth and other documents required to confirm family relations;
- certificate of disability;
- work book (or other documents confirming the presence or absence of work);
- certificates of family income for the last 3-6 months (depending on the region);
- information about the receipt / non-receipt of targeted assistance by family members.
Citizens who are in an extreme situation are obliged to provide an act of material and household examination, a certificate from a doctor, from a fire department, etc. as proof of force majeure.
Step 4
Find out if you are entitled to targeted social benefits and utility bills. In this case, you will have to attach receipts for payment of utilities to the standard package of documents.
Step 5
You can receive, on the basis of a concluded social contract, a targeted social adaptation allowance, provided that your family can be recognized as poor.
