Despite the widespread use of electronic communications in everyday life, they cannot always be dispensed with. When you need to provide the original document (for the conclusion of transactions, admission to the institute, etc.), you have to turn to traditional mail or its analogues.
Instructions
Step 1
Post office
Use one of the traditional mail services for sending documents: send a letter, parcel post or parcel with a declared value. However, a letter dropped into an ordinary blue box can circle around the sorting points of mail for long weeks, so this method is not entirely suitable for urgent delivery. The same Russian Post offers a reasonable compromise between the speed of dispatch and the cost in the form of so-called "First class shipments". This type of delivery is only available within the country. Delivery of items in envelopes with a yellow stripe and a special logo is carried out in a short time thanks to an improved system of sorting letters and logistics, as well as a completely air route.
Step 2
EMS
Contact the services of EMS, a subsidiary of the same Russian Post. EMS is engaged in express delivery, covering the territory of 190 countries. Almost all types of documents are accepted for shipment, the total weight of a shipment within the Russian Federation should not exceed 31.5 kg. Call the courier by phone or using the contact form on the operator's website. The employee will take your documents, take the destination address and accept the payment. The operator claims that departures from the capital to St. Petersburg take 2-4 days, to Chelyabinsk - 3-5 days, to Vladivostok - 4-7 days.
Step 3
DHL, PonyExpress, FedEx and other services
For the most efficient and at the same time reliable delivery of documents, use the services of one of the largest logistics companies. Prepare the documents for shipment and call the operator's courier home or office. In order to avoid mistakes in the itinerary, ask the employee of the delivery company to check the correctness of its filling in your presence. One or two days - and your documents will reach their destination in the country. There is only one drawback of private courier services - rather high tariffs.
