Is it possible to survive if the end of the world comes? Theoretically - no, practically - yes: after all, we survived the end of the world in 1999, predicted by the great Nostradamus? We survived, albeit with some losses. Therefore, all the other ends of the world will be quite within our reach.
It is necessary
- Sunglasses
- photocopy of the fire evacuation plan
- various floating facilities
- favorite book
- player with your favorite music
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure that in the event of the end of the world, you can cut off gas and electricity and will not look for a switch or gas valve for three hours. If an earthquake breaks out, you will thus contribute to the salvation of humanity. Look closely at your home and place of work and make a photocopy of your escape plan in case of fire, so you always know where you have an emergency exit and where it leads. If the end of the world announces itself primarily by the movement of lithospheric plates, look for a place away from buildings so that they do not bury you under them. Forget matches, lighters and cigarettes! You can't relieve such stress with a cigarette, but someone (and maybe you yourself) will have a better chance of staying alive.
Step 2
But no matter how you prepare for the end of the world, everything will start suddenly, that's for sure, because otherwise it is not interesting. Most likely, you will be in your workplace. And since the ends of the world are usually accompanied by unprecedented solar activity, carry sunglasses and maybe sunscreen - there is a possibility of getting burned.
Step 3
Get ready mentally and physically for the "big water". Earthquakes will give rise to tsunamis, heat will melt the ice, all reservoirs (even toilets!) Will overflow. You should stock up on a variety of swimming equipment. Inflatable boats, plastic bottles, rafts, lifebuoys, air mattresses with which you travel to the sea, and inflatable balls will be used. Learn to swim if you still can't. And most importantly, don't panic!
Step 4
If you are overtaken by a fire (and the end of the world will not do without fires), wrap your face with a wet cloth and crawl out of the smoke zone. Remember that in a fire it is not the fire that takes away most of the lives, but the smoke. It would be ridiculous at the very beginning of the end of the world to get poisoned with carbon monoxide and not even see how it all ended, wouldn't it?
Step 5
Now for the nicer things. Suppose you ran out of a crumbling building in time, emerged from a flood, and avoided fires. Suppose you witnessed the end of the world. Even if this is all true (in this case, you are an amazing example of dexterity, self-control and luck), no one gives guarantees that after the end of the world you will not have to live on. So, getting ready for 2012, take your favorite book and a player with your favorite music with you (don't forget the headphones!): The second will brighten up your post-apocalyptic existence for at least some time (until the battery runs out), and the first will allow you to convey a crumb of accumulated wisdom for future post-apocalyptic generations.
