There are several methods for determining nationality based on external characteristics. One of the techniques is described in the book by M. Tikhomirov "We and They". According to Tikhomirov's theory, it is not difficult to determine a Jew by his appearance, for this you just need to carefully look at the shape of a person's head, his mouth, nose, and earlobes.

Head shape

There are several variants of Jewish skulls: pear-shaped, strongly elongated, round, squeezed. All these forms are very different from the Slavic ones. Even the slightly elongated head of a Slav retains its regular shape, while the skull of a Jew does not differ in symmetry. The Jewish pear-shaped skull is broadened at the top and narrowed at the bottom, the elongated skull is strongly elongated, the round head is so pulled into the neck that the neck is not visible at all.

Tikhomirov argues that in order to determine belonging to the Jewish nation, one must also look closely at the lateral surface of the human skull. When examining the profile, it can be seen that the head of the Slav is smoothly rounded and does not have protrusions, flattened areas and sharp transitions. The skull of a Jew can have an elongated shape, be flattened. If you look at the head of a Jew in profile, then, most likely, you can see the sloping back of the head. Between the parietal and occipital parts, there is often a straight, sloping area towards the back of the head. In contrast to the almost straight Slavic forehead, the Jew's forehead leans back strongly.

Nose

There are several types of Jewish noses: thin elongated, drop-nose, wide nose. The elongated Jewish nose is distinguished by a thin tip and a thin back. Sometimes the bridge of the nose is widened in the region of the bridge of the nose. The tip of the nose drops sharply down beyond the line of the wings. The nose-drop begins to expand from the middle, extends downward, expands and ends well below the line of the wings. The nose-drop should not be confused with the Slavic nose-duck: the Russian nose-duck has wide wings, the Jewish nose-drops have narrow wings, the tip of the nose itself is widened.

The centuries-old stay of Jews on the African continent left its mark on the appearance of some representatives of this nation. A reminder of Africa is the wide, negroid nose. Distinctive features - wide wings, flattened shape, thickened tip. The wide nose does not go down, it ends in line with the wings.

If you look in profile at most of the Jewish noses, you can see the famous "hook" - the curved end of the nose, shaped like the number six. This curvature can start from the middle of the nose or directly from the bridge of the nose. Also, the "hook nose" is characterized by elongated nostrils.

An ear

The earlobe of a Jew is poorly expressed. Sometimes it seems that she is not at all. If there is a lobe, then it is attached to the head and does not look like a separate component, unlike a separate Slavic lobe. According to Tikhomirov, the shape of the ear also differs: if in the Slavic version the ear is pressed in the middle, and the upper and lower parts move slightly to the sides, then the Jewish ear moves away from the head in the middle, pressing against the side of the face with its upper and lower surfaces.

The Jewish ear can have the most bizarre shape: thicken in the middle, have tubercles, kinks, thickenings, sharpenings. The side of a Jew's ear is often pulled up or back. The Jewish ear is attached unevenly to the head: it can be very strongly tilted back and be located almost horizontally.
