People send inquiries to the ministries of various industries to clarify or clarify the intricacies of Russian legislation. There are several regulated rules for sending a request, thanks to which your request will not go unanswered.
Instructions
Step 1
Study the available information regarding your question. It is possible that in this way you will find information regarding your question, clarification of your duties and rights, and you will be able to smooth out the current conflict situation on your own or achieve the desired results within the framework of the permitted powers.
Step 2
Briefly (only in essence) formulate your request, which should be sent in writing to the relevant Ministry (Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Food Industry, etc.). Start any request with the words: "Please …".
Step 3
A request to the ministry, according to the regulations, must necessarily contain certain information. If you are an individual, please indicate your full name, patronymic, surname, exact mailing address, date of compilation and put your signature. If you are a legal entity, add the full name of the organization, identification number (TIN) to the above information, and put a stamp on the document. If the request is missing at least one of the required information, the ministry has the right to refuse to consider it.
Step 4
Prepare the document in duplicate. Take the request to the office of the organization that belongs to the ministry. Leave the second copy with a mark on the acceptance of the document. The clerk must indicate his name, title and date of acceptance. You can send a request by mail with mandatory notification of receipt of the document by the addressee, or by e-mail.
Step 5
Wait for a response from the ministry to your request no more than one month, this period is stipulated by the regulations. The clarification must be sent in the original (not a photocopy), contain all signatures and seals, the names of the persons composing the answer, and their contacts.
