Instructions
Step 1
Send a letter to the Pension Fund using the services of the Russian Post. You should contact the main office if there is an unsolvable question or complaint, otherwise you will be directed to the regional office. Write your appeal on paper, place the letter in an envelope, and attach a stamp to it. Specify the recipient's address: 119991, Moscow, Shabolovka street, building 4. Also write your return address to receive a response. Visit the nearest post office and send your letter.
Step 2
Write to the Russian Pension Fund online. Go to the official website of the organization and find the link "Send an appeal to the FIU", which is located at the end of the vertical menu on the main page. Select the region in which you live and click on the form that appears. Select your pension office in the special tabs. Enter your first name, last name, patronymic and full postal address with zip code. Also include an active email address. Write the subject line and then the text of the message. Click "Ask" to send your message. After that, expect a response from the FIU specialists. It usually arrives within a week, but it may take longer depending on the current request queue.
Step 3
Try to contact the regional office of the FIU if you want to get help on a particular issue. Find the site of the branch through Internet search engines or get relevant information on the main site of the PFR by selecting the section "About the Pension Fund" and then the item "Branches of the PFR". Write down all the contact information and contact the institution in one of the available ways - by regular or e-mail, through the website or by phone. Be prepared to provide your passport details and pension insurance certificate number.
