This is equally characteristic of both the capital's intelligentsia and regional public organizations. But not many people know how to express their position in accordance with the letter of the law and get the desired result from it.

Step 1
Take part in the elections if you are a citizen of the Russian Federation. Before going to the polling station, study the legislation on elections and participation in them so that you can not only declare your right to choose, but also be able to defend it.

Respond to the call to come to the rally of those political forces and public associations that you sympathize with.

Join a political party or social organization whose manifestos are identical to your civic position. By becoming a member, initiator, or ideologue of one of these organizations, you will be able to contribute as much as you can to defend your beliefs: develop political strategies, do what you can for a party headquarters, or become a constituency activist. As a rule, the tasks that fall on the shoulders of the newly joined member of the association depend on his social status, education, age and initiative. Thus, young people should defend their civic position in the youth branches of large parties. And more mature citizens with a firm civic position will be glad to see the separation of parties and social movements.
Step 4
Carry out a single picket if you could not find like-minded people among the active movements. The law provides for the right of every citizen of the Russian Federation to hold single pickets without the permission of local authorities. At a solo picket, you will be able to distribute your own printed materials, collect signatures and even agitate citizens for their beliefs. Before the picket, as a rule, the residents of the settlement are informed about its holding. This can be done using the media or your own blog, a page on the Internet, a profile on a social network.

Organize your own meeting. According to the law, a rally can be initiated not only by political or public associations, but also by an initiative group of citizens. Submit the application to the local authority and after its approval, start informing the population.
