The future healthy lifestyle instructor was born on February 2, 1969 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents by that time lived in Moscow. My father worked as a physical education teacher at a university. The mother was engaged in the upbringing of children in kindergarten. The boy grew up calm and obedient. On the street, among his peers, he knew how to stand up for himself, but he was not among the big bully and hooligans. As a beloved child, he was often pampered with sweet cakes, sweets and gingerbread. When Coca-Cola appeared in the trading network, he simply fell in love with this drink.
Creation of a training complex
The most common problem of our time is physical inactivity. People move very little. As a result, they accumulate excess weight and look older than their age. At one point, Alexei Gordovsky looked at himself in the mirror and did not recognize. A loose man with a saggy belly and puffy eyes caused not only irritation, but also pity. Literally a day later, Alexei put on a tracksuit and went out to the site in front of the house. To put classes on a systematic basis, Gordovsky began to carefully study various kinds of teaching aids.

Gordovsky's career as a fitness trainer was quite successful. In the fall of 2019, a Moscow publishing house published his book "Health and a beautiful figure after 50 years." In a matter of days, she disappeared from the shelves.
Gordovsky's personal life turned out well. He is married to Alla Gordovskaya. His wife is a theater director by training. There are no children in the house.
