Childhood and youth

In the vastness of the Soviet Union, every person felt that the state took care of himself. These feelings and sensations are evaluated differently today. The transition to the principles of free development changed the relationship between the citizen and the authorities. All the pros and cons of this transition are yet to be appreciated by the descendants. Lyudmila Leontyevna Denisova has been participating in the political life of the country since Ukraine gained its state independence. Within the framework of human life, this is a long period of time. And based on the experience she has gained, she tries to formulate certain conclusions.

The future politician Lyudmila Denisova was born on July 6, 1960 in a simple Soviet family. Parents lived in the ancient city of Arkhangelsk. My father worked in the structure of the Ministry of Forestry. Mother worked as a teacher-organizer in a kindergarten. The girl studied well at school. In all subjects she had a solid “four”. After the eighth grade, I decided to get a specialized education and entered the local pedagogical school. In 1978 she received a diploma in the specialty "kindergarten teacher". As required by law, she worked in the countryside for three years in her specialty.

Returning to her hometown in 1981, Lyudmila decides to become a lawyer. This is due to the fact that she met a young man who served in the Arkhangelsk military prosecutor's office. Denisova took the first step towards the implementation of her project on her own. She got a job at the office of the city court. A year later, having received a certificate from the workplace, she entered the law faculty of Leningrad State University by correspondence course. The future deputy of the Verkhovna Rada learned the theoretical foundations of jurisprudence and was engaged in practical matters.

Denisova's professional career was quite successful. By 1989, she held the position of a consultant to the Arkhangelsk Regional Court. At the same time, the husband received a new appointment to the Crimean region. The family moved to Simferopol. Lyudmila Leontyevna was invited as a legal consultant to the apparatus of the Crimean regional committee of the Komsomol. But two years later, Denisova had to look for a new place. After the collapse of the USSR, the entire system of state administration in Ukraine was rebuilt.

In the government of Crimea

Formation of a qualitatively new economic system in the country requires both time and trained personnel. In the fall of 1991, Denisova came to work at the Crimean Pension Fund Administration. For two years he has been closely engaged in the selection and placement of personnel. Creativity and a responsible approach to solving emerging problems were highly appreciated "at the top". Having passed all the steps of the career ladder, Lyudmila Leontievna took the post of head of the Pension Fund of the Republic of Crimea. In 1998 she was transferred to the post of Minister of Economy.

The restructuring of the economy under the conditions of a free market was painful. The government in Kiev has delayed the adoption of the relevant laws. The heads of local ministries and departments had to act independently. As they say, at your own peril and risk. In 2000, when Denisova headed the finance ministry, the local prosecutor's office issued an arrest warrant "for abuse of office." After a short period of time, the case was closed for lack of corpus delicti, and the “disgraced” minister was elected a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of Crimea.

In the political arena

In 2005, Denisova joined the All-Ukrainian Association "Batkivshchyna", which was headed by the famous Yulia Tymoshenko. And a year later she became a People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada. After the formation of the coalition government, Lyudmila Leontyevna was appointed Minister of Labor and Social Policy. In 2010, she had to leave this post, as the new President Viktor Yanukovych came to power with his team. Once again elected to the Verkhovna Rada, Denisova took the post of chairman of the committee on social policy and labor.

What processes are taking place and what events are taking place in Ukraine is told on TV. Not all, even the most progressive, legislative acts are enforced in practice. This is a common occurrence in countries with developed democratic governance systems. The international community has accumulated a lot of experience in combating such phenomena. Following generally accepted rules, People's Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada in the spring of 2018 appointed Lyudmila Denisova as parliamentary ombudsman for human rights. With her characteristic energy, the newly appointed Ombudsman took on a new job.

Sketch of personal life

In July 2019, Lyudmila Leontyevna Denisova was awarded the Order of Merit of the third degree. Companions believe that the award is a little late. Ill-wishers are indignant. Public and political activity for the most part proceeds on the verge of good and evil. Denisova is well aware of this truth.

In the personal life of a politician, enviable stability has been maintained for many years. Lyudmila Leontyevna lives in a legal marriage. She met her future husband at the beginning of the 80s in Arkhangelsk. The husband and wife raised and raised two daughters. They should have grandchildren in the near future.
