Step 1

Switch the interface language after getting to the site. It, as we have already noted, can be in English or Japanese. However, in this case, the description of the goods in any case will be displayed only in Japanese, only the menu list and some other categories will change.

Find the search bar on the site, enter your query and press "Enter". The query should be carried out in English or Japanese, the latter is preferable, since there will be much more search results. Sort the search results by category, usually by clicking on the column to the left.

Look at the price of the product, as a rule, there are several of them in Japanese stores, you should look at the one in bold red. It is this price for the products of the current store. The other two, which are usually present, indicate: on the right - the price of a used product and on the left - the price for a new product from private sellers. At the same time, remember that you can also buy a second-hand product, because its price is quite tempting, but at the same time it is necessary to add delivery in Japan to the cost of the product, which may vary depending on the product from 300 to 800 yen, plus shipping to your region. If delivery is carried out by mail, cash on delivery, add 4% of the total cost of your order to the price of the postage.
Step 5
Go to the product page by clicking on the corresponding link indicating the name of the item itself in the list. See additional information about the product and pictures.

Open the website of a company that works with Japanese online stores, for example, "Yodzakura", find their contact information, in particular e-mail, send a letter in Russian with a link to the product that you would like to purchase and a request for help on ordering and delivery of such a product.
Step 7
Wait until your letter is processed and a response will come from the employees of the company you contacted. You will receive a detailed letter about the product in Russian, its cost, taking into account all surcharges, delivery time and options. Agree and confirm your intentions to purchase.
Step 8
Pay the necessary advance payment as needed, as a rule, an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the goods is charged for a preliminary order. Wait until the specialists of the company or employees of the post office contact you (in case of sending by mail).
