Step 1
Fill in the fields "addressee" and "sender". For sending letters abroad, different registration rules apply. Fill in all the fields in English in the following order: - surname, name, patronymic, - number of the house, apartment or apartment, street name, - city, zip code, - country.

Write all information legibly, preferably in block letters. For example, Mr. Tomothy Sauer, 14-57B, Verona str., London, 321C2, UK.
Step 3
If you are sending a letter to Russia, write the recipient's address in Russian. Only repeat the country in English. The delivery of your letter will be mainly handled by Russian mail. The recipient's address can always be written in the language of the country where you are sending the letter. This option is best used for sending emails to Asian countries. But be sure to duplicate the name of the country in the Latin alphabet.
Step 4
Place stamps that match the postage rates for your country on the envelope. You can find them when you buy envelopes and stamps in the store. If you want to put some kind of surprise inside the envelope that will make the letter heavier, then you may need more stamps.
Step 5
Check that all fields are filled in correctly. Was all the information provided and in what order. Paper letters are easily lost and cannot be recovered.
